2. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our intake form, contact form, or engagement agreement, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Lien On Me.

Message frequency:
Message frequency varies depending on the status of your matter. You may receive up to several messages per week during active periods.
Opt-out:
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-consent.

Message and data rates may apply. Lien On Me does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Carrier disclaimer:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not a secure or confidential communication channel. Do not send privileged, sensitive, or confidential patient or legal information via text message.
Non-Sharing of Opt-In Data:
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
3. Attorney-Client Communications
Communications with Lien On Me and JCJ Law Group, PLLC may be protected by attorney-client privilege where applicable. However, SMS and email are not guaranteed secure channels. You acknowledge that using these channels is at your own risk and does not waive any applicable privilege.
An attorney-client relationship, or any formal service engagement, is established only upon execution of a written agreement. Contacting us via text, email, or our website contact form does not create an attorney-client relationship or service engagement.
4. Privacy
We collect your mobile number and contact information solely for the purpose of providing our lien, revenue recovery, and legal services and communicating with you about your matter. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information or phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability
